Description:
This competitive Acro class is designed for dancers with strong foundations in flexibility, strength, and body control who are ready to perform advanced skills in a team setting. Students will work on tumbling sequences, transitions, partner work, and performance choreography that integrates power with artistry. Focus is placed on clean technique, synchronized group movement, and competition readiness.
This class is ideal for acro-focused dancers who want to take their skills to the stage in a dynamic, high-level team environment.
🌟 Suggested Weekly Training Plan:
• Acro Nova Choreography Class – 1 hour
• Flexibility Training – 1 hour
• Intermediate/Advanced Acro Technique – 1 hour
• Ballet or Jazz (optional) – 1 hour

✅ Private makeup required for any missed session

Withdrawals mid-semester will not result in any refund of the registration fee or tuition adjustment.

Students are expected to attend regularly in order to maintain group progress and performance quality.

In the event of an absence, a private makeup session is required, based on the instructor’s recommendation, to ensure the student stays on track.

Description:
This playful intro-level class is designed for young dancers ages 4–6 to explore basic acrobatic shapes, balance skills, and foundational flexibility. Through fun, safe drills and body awareness games, students begin learning how to roll, bridge, and stretch while building confidence and body coordination.

Intro to Flexibility & Acro

Requirement: 1+ year of experience

Description:
This level focuses on increasing flexibility, balance, and strength. Students must already be able to perform basic inversions (handstand, cartwheel, elbow stand, shoulder stand, chest stand, kneeling backbend) independently. The main goal is to master front walkovers and back walkovers, which require solid back flexibility and control—an essential transition toward intermediate-level skills.

Requirement: 2-3+ year of experience
Description:
Designed for students who have completed beginner-level skills and can confidently perform both front and back walkovers. The class builds physical conditioning, fluid movement transitions, and upper body/core strength. Students will work toward skills like valdez (back extension roll) and other arm-supported techniques, preparing their bodies for advanced moves such as aerials and complex variations.

Description:
This challenging class is for experienced acro dancers ready to train front aerials, side aerials, and upright power skills. Emphasis is placed on precision, strength control, and applying advanced technique into choreography. Students will also explore variations of core acro tricks while maintaining flexibility and control throughout high-level progressions.
