Description:
This comprehensive flexibility class is designed to improve range of motion, muscle elasticity, and joint mobility for dancers of all skill levels aged 6 and above. Instructors tailor exercises and progressions based on each student’s individual ability, gradually increasing difficulty to safely enhance flexibility and prevent injury.
The training incorporates dynamic and static stretching, strength-building exercises, and proper alignment techniques to support overall dance performance and acrobatic skills.
