🩰 Ballet Classes

Friday 5:30–6:30 PM
This class builds upon Ballet 1, emphasizing greater control, flexibility, and strength. Students begin simple jumps and technical drills in preparation for intermediate ballet.
Leap & Turn Technique

A technique-driven class focused on mastering leaps, pirouettes, and directional turns. Enhances strength, alignment, and performance readiness across multiple dance genres.

Flexibility And Control

A focused class dedicated to stretching, splits, shoulder opening, and back flexibility. Ideal for dancers of all styles seeking to improve extension, control, and injury prevention.

🤸 Acrobatic

â–ª Intro to Acro (Ages 4–6)
Saturday 4:00–5:00 PM
A gentle and playful introduction to acrobatics for young children. Focus is on strength-building, coordination, and foundational movements such as handstands, shoulder stands, and cartwheels—with safety and fun as top priorities.
â–ª Beginner Acro (Ages 6+)
Saturday 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
This class blends dance and acrobatics to develop balance, flexibility, and control. Students work on skills such as handstands, elbow stands, chest stands, and bridges—preparing for walkovers and flips.
â–ª Pre-Intermediate Acro
Saturday 1:00–2:00 PM
For students with a foundation in basic acro, this class focuses on backbends, controlled hand support, bridge variations, and beginning aerial prep. Skills like kick-over and front/back walkovers are developed.
â–ª Intermediate Acro
Sunday 2:00–3:00 PM
A progression-focused class advancing from walkovers to aerial connections. Emphasis is placed on strength, upper body support, and core control for continuous movement and transitions.
â–ª Advanced Acro
Sunday 4:00–5:00 PM
An elite-level acro class training advanced skills such as aerials, side aerials, and tumbling passes. Dancers integrate acrobatic tricks with choreography for competitive or stage performance.

🇨🇳 Chinese Dance Classes

An engaging beginner course introducing children to the grace and charm of Chinese classical and folk dance. Through singing, storytelling, and movement, students develop rhythm, expression, and cultural appreciation.
â–ª Dove Competition Team – Chinese Dance (Ages 6–7)

Designed for young dancers with basic training, this class focuses on technical foundations and performance development through choreographed Chinese dance routines for competition and showcases.
â–ª Dolphin Competition Team – Chinese Dance (Ages 7–9)
Saturday 2:00–3:00 PM
An intermediate competition team class focusing on body expression, precision, and stylistic interpretation. Students work on original choreography for public performances and regional competitions.
â–ª Penguin Choreography Class – Chinese Dance (Ages 9–12)
Sunday 1:00–2:00 PM
A choreography-based class tailored for experienced students. Dancers prepare advanced pieces, refine performance quality, and enhance technique for stage and competition.
â–ª Swan Competition Team – Chinese Dance (Ages 12–16)
Sunday 5:00–6:00 PM
An advanced competition-level class that develops artistry, fine motor skills, and expressive detail. Students represent the academy in major events and dance competitions.
Competition Class Requirements
All students interested in joining our competition class must first attend a regular class and undergo a selection process. This ensures that students have a solid foundation in dance technique and are prepared for the additional challenges of the competition class. The selection process involves evaluating students' technical skills, performance abilities, and commitment to training. Only those who demonstrate dedication, talent, and potential for growth will be invited to join our competition class. This process ensures that our competition class maintains a high standard of excellence and provides an enriching experience for all participants.
Please note that once enrolled, students in the competition class are required to commit for the entire semester and cannot withdraw mid-term. A withdrawal fee of $200 will be charged if a student exits the competition class before the end of the semester. This policy is in place to ensure the stability and cohesion of the class, as well as to maintain continuity and team performance.


Kids’ Hip Hop (Ages 6–8)

Jazz

A high-energy introduction to jazz dance. Students explore musicality, rhythm, and movement through playful exercises that foster body awareness and stage confidence.
â–ª Jazz Competition Class (Ages 6–9)
Sunday 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
This class develops foundational jazz technique while introducing choreography, turns, jumps, and musical interpretation. Suitable for young dancers looking to enter performance-level jazz.

Sunday 3:00–4:00 PM
Designed for intermediate dancers, this class includes more complex choreography, emotional expression, and stylistic nuance. Students refine performance quality and stage presence.
