A beginner-level class introducing foundational ballet elements such as basic arm and foot positions, posture, alignment, and musicality. Students build elegance, focus, and body awareness through fun and structured practice.

For students with prior ballet experience, this class builds upon foundational skills with an emphasis on strength, coordination, and fluidity. Dancers will expand their vocabulary with more complex combinations, barre work, center practice, and across-the-floor movements while continuing to refine posture, alignment, and musicality.
